Refund Requests

Photo ops and autographs: All photo ops and autographs can be refunded up until Thursday August 8, 2024 at 11:59 PM CENTRAL. After the refund deadline, all sales are final. Special Event Ticket sales are Final. No refunds for any reason. Admission into FAN EXPO Chicago is NOT included with these tickets but is required and must be purchased separately. 


Admission to FAN EXPO Chicago is required to attend all photo ops, autographs, and special experiences unless otherwise noted. Admission is not included in the purchase of your photo op, autograph, or special experience. To purchase admission, please click here, get admission tickets here.


Accepted Payment Methods:

Online: All major credit cards, Google Pay, Affirm.

On-Site: All major credit cards including Apple Pay & Google Pay are accepted at the event. Sorry, cash is no longer accepted.


Photo Op Times and Group Numbers: Photo op times and group numbers will be assigned closer to the event. When it’s time, you will be sent new tickets with your time and group number.

Photo Op Limit: Most of our talent will allow you to have up to 4 individuals in your photo with them not including any other talent or children under three years old. However, there’ll occasionally be a restriction to this number. This information will be on the talent's sales pages. 


Changing Your Photo Op and/or Autograph Date/Group:

  1. Create an account at: https://epo.io with the same email address you used to purchase your photo op and/or autograph.
  2. Log in to make changes to your existing order, pending availability.

Changing your Photo Op and/or Autograph and/or Special Event for a different product:

  1. Add the new product, of greater or equal value to your cart, pending availability. 
  2. Click ‘Exchange Ticket’ on the checkout page
  3. Enter the ticket code starting with a T- from the product you wish to exchange to the 'Exchange' field and click 'Exchange'
  4. Pay any difference in pricing as usual
